By completing your purchase(s) you consent to pay the entire amount charged to your credit card or debit card without chargebacks or disputes.
You are required to provide accurate contact information for yourself and each person for whom you are booking a seat by proxy, and you agree that you will make them aware that they are agreeing to these terms and conditions. By booking or buying a ticket, you and anyone you are booking for by proxy are agreeing to all terms and conditions in this notice.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
1. By purchasing a ticket/booking a class and subsequently participating in a Twysted Bristles class or event at any location, you are hereby assuming all of the risk of participating in any/all activities associated with Twysted Bristles or its owners and the venue/building owners. Furthermore, you are agreeing to waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence of fault of the entities or persons released for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including traveling to and from any class, now and in the future, the following entities or persons: d.b.a Twysted Bristles, David and Gigi Burgess, their family, their kin, property or businesses, as well as the facility/venue owners and managers of all locations where classes may be [provided, and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders and volunteers; You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and promise not to sue the entities or persons afore mentioned in this paragraph in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.
2. You understand that while participating in the activity, you may be photographed. Photos / video may be captured curing the class. You are consenting to your likeness being used without compensation, in all media, by any means now known or hereafter discovered, together with the non-exclusive but perpetual right to use and duplicate such likeness, and you release Twysted Bristles, its successors, assigns, owners, officers, agents and employees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.
This accident waiver and release of liability information shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

Class Guidelines:
• All seats must be prepaid by booking through the website or by purchasing a ticket.
• Classes are for paid participants only, please. (No bystanders, no exceptions.)
• No pets, or children under 16 except when indicated in the class description or with prior approval.
Children under 16 may be allowed in some classes with prior approval and when accompanied by their
parent or legal guardian who is also painting. Contact 972-369-2085 to request an exception
• All electronics off in the classroom, please.
• No hard liquor and no meals are allowed in any of our classes. Soft drinks are fine. Small, quiet snacks are fine. We offer complimentary bottled water upon request.
• Offsite classes are subject to the rules of the venue by location regarding food and beverages.
• Smoking or vaping is allowed outside in designated areas. Please maintain a minimum 5-10 ft distance from the entrance. Please extinguish in provided receptacles, only.
• Shared Spaces Health Alert - If you have recently have been exposed to or have had any symptoms of a cold, sinus infection, upper respiratory infection or similar ailment, flu, or covid within 5 days prior to the class, even if you are released by your doctor for work. Please reschedule as a courtesy for those who are elderly or immune compromised such as cancer patients, etc.
• All purchases are otherwise non-refundable unless approved. We will provide a re-schedule code for the amount paid for any reason if notified at least 24 hours before the class date.
Please ask if you need an exception. If an exception is approved, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by no more than 10% to cover our transaction fees. We reserve the right to decide.
