TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING

Terms & Conditions
This notice includes legal disclaimers. Please read to the end before proceeding.
By booking a class you are agreeing to the following information in its entirety:
By completing your purchase(s) you consent to pay the entire amount charged to your credit card or debit card . You are required to provide accurate contact information for yourself and each person for whom you are booking a seat by proxy, and agree that you will make them aware that they are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please email us to receive a copy via email at least 48 hours prior to the class. By booking or buying a ticket, you and anyone you are booking for by proxy, are agreeing to all terms and conditions in this notice.
Class Guidelines:
• Classes are for paid participants only, please. (No bystanders.)
• No pets, or children under 18 except when indicated in the class description or with prior approval. Children under 18 may be allowed in some classes with prior approval and when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian who is also painting. All seats must be prepaid.
• Drinks are allowed in the classroom, but food, candy and gum are allowed in the lounge areas only. You may BYOB wine or beer, but no hard liquor is allowed in the main studio. Offsite classes are subject to the rules of the venue by location. 
• Smoking or vaping is allowed outside in designated areas. Please maintain a minimum 5-10 ft distance from the entrance.
• Health Alert - If you have recently have been exposed to or have had any symptoms of a cold, sinus infection, upper respiratory infection or similar ailment, flu, or covid within 5 days prior to the class, please reschedule.
• All purchases are non-refundable. We will provide a re-schedule code for the amount paid for any reason if notified at lease 72 hours before the class date. Exception: If an exception is approved, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by no more than 10%.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
1. By purchasing a ticket/booking a class and subsequently participating in a Twysted Bristles class at event at all locations, you are hereby assuming all of the risks of participating in any/all activities associated with Twysted Bristles or its owners and the venue/building owners. Furthermore, you are agreeing to waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence of fault of the entities or persons released for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including my traveling to and from any class, now and in the future, the following entities or persons: Twysted Bristles, David and Gigi Burgess, their family, their kin, property or businesses, as well as the facility/venue owners and managers of all locations where classes may be offered, and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders and volunteers; You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and promise not to sue the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.
2. You understand that while participating in the activity, you may be photographed. Photos / video will be captured curing the class. You are consenting to your likeness being used without compensation, in all media, by any means now known or hereafter discovered, together with the non-exclusive but perpetual right to use and duplicate such likeness, and you release Twysted Bristles, its successors, assigns, owners, officers, agents and employees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. This accident waiver and release of liability information shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. Clicking the "I agree" button and completing your purchase holds the same legal weight as a written signature.
